Yung Shin Elderly Nursing Home

In 1991, Mr. Tian-Te Lee, the founder, was deeply moved by the rapidly aging population in Taiwan and the growing challenges in elderly support and care. This inspired his initial vision to establish the Yung Shin Elderly Nursing Home. At that time, most care facilities in Taiwan still operated with a primarily medical-focused model. In response, Mr. Lee organized a delegation to Japan to study and exchange ideas, bringing back the concept of "nursing care" as opposed to strictly "medical care."

His main goal was to create a place where seniors could live happily, safely, and with dignity — a place that felt as natural and comfortable as home. Driven by a steadfast belief in giving back to society through promoting elder welfare, the team came together with united strength to support every wrinkled hand with compassion and care.

No. 319, Cheng Kung Road, Tachia Dist., Taichung City, Taiwan (R.O.C.)
