Sustainable Development Committee
In order to deepen and implement the vision of corporate sustainable development, the company established a Sustainable Development Committee in November 2022. The Sustainable Development Committee aims to implement the company and its subsidiaries' operations, taking into account comprehensive performance, corporate social responsibility and sustainable development goals, and to align with international practices and help promote the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Responsibilities of the Sustainability Committee
- Formulate, promote and strengthen the company's sustainable development policies, annual plans and strategies.
- Review, track and revise the implementation status and effectiveness of sustainable development.
- Supervise the disclosure of sustainable information and review the sustainable report.
- Supervise the implementation of the Company's sustainable development code of conduct or other sustainable development related work approved by the Board of Directors.
The committee consists of five directors, three of whom are independent directors. The term of office of this
Sustainability Committee is from July 1, 2025 to May 27, 2028.
The Sustainable Development Committee shall be held at least once a year. For details on the operation of the
meeting, please refer to the Corporation's annual report.
